Limited to just 20 guests, this exclusive five-course tasting menu will explore the connection between soil, place, and story through the lens of both wine and food. Much like Montgomery Sky Farm's commitment to growing nutrient-dense heirloom vegetables, raising animals with intention, and crafting menus entirely from what the land provides, Enfield Wine Co. believes the most compelling wines are not perfected, but expressed, capturing the distinct character of vineyard, vintage, and terroir.

Throughout the evening, John will guide guests through a curated selection of Enfield wines, sharing the philosophy and journey behind his family-run winery. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a seasonal tasting menu by Chef Taylor Montgomery, whose cuisine is rooted in regenerative agriculture, harvested at peak flavor from the farm, and designed to honor the story of every ingredient.
